WEDNESDAY — THE SOURCE
● Pray:
Lord, Your Word is truth, steady and unchanging in every generation. In a world filled with confusion, deception, and competing voices, anchor my heart in what You have spoken. Teach me to delight in Your Word and to treasure it more than the approval of man or the wisdom of the age. Let the Word of Christ dwell richly within me so that I may abide in You with discernment, conviction, and joy.
● Read:
John 15:1–10
Colossians 3:16
Psalm 1
2 Timothy 3:14–17
1 John 2:24–27
● Reflect:
What voices most shape the way you think, speak, and live? How does abiding in God’s Word protect believers from deception and spiritual drift? Are you approaching Scripture merely for information, or as communion with the living God? What habits might help you remain grounded in the truth of Christ?
● Respond:
Praise God for revealing Himself through His living and trustworthy Word. Confess where you have neglected Scripture or allowed other influences to shape your heart more deeply than God’s truth. Thank the Lord that He graciously teaches and sustains His people through His Word and Spirit. Ask Him to grow your hunger for Scripture and establish you firmly in the truth.
