Joseph Backholm is an attorney and Senior Fellow at Family Research Council. He is a regular guest host of the TV and radio program Washington Watch and a columnist for World Opinions and the Washington Stand.  He developed a YouTube channel for the Colson Center called What Would You Say? and is also the co-creator of the card game Wokelandia, a fun-with-friends battle between the Oppressors and the Oppressed. He combines extensive legal, political, and policy experience with a love for the way biblical truth cultivates human flourishing.  He is a Washington State native but now lives with his wife Brook and their four children in North Carolina.
