Join a team

TeenPact state classes are also best built through a team working together with a shared purpose. When parents and volunteers come alongside their state leadership team, they play a vital role in both the immediate success and long-term sustainability of the program.

What one person could never accomplish alone becomes possible through a group working together with purpose. (Plus, it's fun to work with friends.)

Teams are woven into nearly every part of our lives—on the field, in our families, and within our communities – and for good reason.

Teams breed success as they provide a sustainable structure, strength through a variety of abilities, and a sense of shared purpose.

Scripture gives us a powerful picture of this in the image of the body—we are many parts, yet all one body—each with a unique purpose and all essential (1 Cor. 12: 12-27).

“Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.”

1 Corinthians 12:27
